Restaurants near Ricketts Glen State Park

Excellent ambiance for a romantic dinner. Service and food was great. We ate at this restaurant and the location in Philly PA. Enjoyed this experience much more than in Philly.

The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful, friendly and personable from the time I first made our reservation to the time we left after our meal. Everything we ate was outstanding and clearly prepared with such fine attention to detail; the food was flavorful without being overpowering (get the meatballs!!!), and the presentations were beautiful, right down to the dessert spoons they brought out creatively arranged on a platter! Our waitress, Liz, was probably the best server we’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, all while being funny and down-to-earth. We were seated near the kitchen which wasn’t ideal, and at one point we were very aware of the music having too much of a “club vibe,” which wasn’t to our taste, but neither of these “negatives” ruined our dining experience by any means. In fact, we made another reservation on our way out! While on the pricier side, The Refinery does live up to the hype!

As a Misericordia alum, we like coming up to the school to see some events and this was the first time we ate at the Beaumont and it was fantastic. My wife loved her filet and my chicken dish was very good. We also stayed at the Inn overnight and had a very nice experience.

Neighborhood favorite . Excellent service, great food with reasonable prices. We’ll be back.

Four out of 4 diners were extremely pleased with all entrees tonight --- everything from their signature pork chops to duck to salmon was delicious!
