- KKristenDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoI brought my brother in for a birthday dinner, and was absolutely blown away. Cody, our server was so knowledgeable about everything and his suggestions were on point. I always love coming in to this establishment, I even recommend it from states away!More infoBistro North- DillonPrice: Expensive• American• Dillon•4.8

- EErinAtlanta •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoA truly delightful experience. We went to several other restaurants, some even more expensive and “rated higher,” but Blue River Bistro was the best! The only available dinner reservation was at 9:15pm and we weren’t stoked about having to wait to eat so late, but when tables opened up about an hour earlier, the host texted and let us know we could go ahead and come, which was fantastic! The live jazz music and snow and amazing cocktails made it a perfect evening. 10/10!More infoBlue River BistroPrice: Expensive• Global, International• Breckenridge•4.8
- VvictoriaVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •7 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFantastic food. We started with the Greek tacos and spanikopita, absolutely delicious. Then we split the harissa chicken skewers and they too were great. We enjoyed the black walnut Manhattan and Orange clover Old fashioned from the bar; both were expertly crafted. Our server, Connor, was friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back. Reservations recommended.More infoBoLD Restaurant and BarPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Breckenridge•4.5
- CChristineWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoFound The Carlin through Trip Advisor & was impressed with the menu, the pictures of the food, and the reviews. Booked a 6:15 reservation for two at the Counter. When we arrived, I loved the curb appeal - string lights around the front and a beautiful walk up to the front doors. We were a few minutes late, but the hostess was accommodating and took us to our seats. The Counter is in front of about 4 chefs who were working hard when we sat down. Our waitress, Birdie, was super cool, knew the most popular dishes on the menu and shared her personal favorites, which helped us to decide on appetizers, main course and dessert. We had the pickled mussels (weird sounding, but oddly good), the butter lettuce salad that had a citrus honey vinaigrette that was OUTSTANDING, the braised short rib, and one of the fresh catches of the day. My husband loved his old fashioned and his red wine (I can’t really drink at altitude, unfortunately) and since we couldn’t decide on a dessert to share, we got two - the bread pudding and the key lime pie. The flavors in all of these dishes were great and thoughtful. Totally enjoyed the experience and would definitely return!More infoThe CarlinPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Breckenridge•4.8
