- WWillardVIPNew York City •183 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis was a fabulous lunch from beginning to end! The service was just out of this world as was the food! I had their marvelous French onion soup to start, and then a large order of steak tartare with pomme fritts! Then to top it all off I had a gorgeous hot fudge sundae with their special ice cream of the week, which was peanut butter and boy was it ever special! All topped up with a mountain of whipped cream and some beautiful toasted almonds. Please don’t share this with my cardiologist.More infoCafe LuxembourgPrice: Expensive• French / American• Upper West Side•4.8
- NNadineVIPNew York City •31 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a great birthday celebration dinner at Bad Roman. Our waiter Humberto was very attentive and efficient. Nice ambience, great food, great wines and cocktails. We ordered a variety of appetizers including the eggplant pull-a -parm , the meatballs, ribs. Very generous portions and delicious. The eggplant I thought was amazing, which came with a nice dipping sauce. We had the Il Divorzio Half and Half and the Short Rib Pappardelle which were generous, portions and tasty. We could not finish it all and took the rest home. We will definitely be back!More infoBad RomanPrice: Expensive• Italian• Upper West Side•4.5
- SSuzanneManchester/Greater Manchester •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe whole experience was effortless. Table was easy to book, even though we are not based in the States. We arrived early and were told we could wait at the bar. We were served quickly even though the bar was very busy. We had a text to tell us the table was ready. On arriving at our table a member of staff gave my husband a birthday card as I had stated this when I booked. What a lovely touch. We had seen an item on the bar menu that wasn't on the restaurant menu but we were told we could still order it. The food as always was fantastic. All the staff went above and beyond. We always go here whenever we are in New York and recommend to anyone we know who is going. No one has ever been disappointed.More infoTavern on the GreenPrice: Expensive• American• Midtown West•4.7

- EElizabethNew York City •41 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 20, 2024WHat a great additional to the Upper West Side, which used to be a place of good but ordinary food of many often ethnic types. Elea is a game changer. I ate there several times outside during COVID and had no idea the inside is so elegant and un-Upper West Side (if you've lived here for a long time you know what I mean--before the bazillionaires moved in). Anyway, a first-rate restaurant in every way, and the noise level is bearable, as opposed to unbearable, as it is in so many nice restaurants. Thanks.More infoEleaPrice: Very Expensive• Greek• Upper West Side•4.9
