Another good experience at a Hazelwood, with great food and service.

The food was very good and service was excellent. We were there for lunch and enjoyed the food selections as well as the ambience of the restaurant. I would highly suggest the restaurant and will try it again in the future.

Our waitress, Diane, took great care of us. We shared the duck "eggs" a la orange appetizer. It was wonderful. One of us had the sunnies, and one of us had the parmesan crusted swordfish. Both of these fish entrees were so fresh and tasty. Diane recommended the signature desert, which was a pecan pie crust filled with caramel and deliciousness, topped with chocolate. We highly recommend the Lake Elmo Inn, and especially Diane!

The four of us had exceptional food. The portions are extremely large. My husband and I shared the pork chop dinner and felt satisfied with just having half the meal and adding either a soup or a salad. The dessert portions are also huge, definitely a share size dessert. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is kind of loud. This is not a cheap restaurant but very good food and you get what you paid for.

We all loved beautiful outdoor seating overlooking the vineyards. The food was fantastic as was the service. Can’t wait to go back.
