I'm inspired by the traditional approach my Nona took to cooking in our kitchen growing up.Simple dishes, the absolute best ingredients available, and a lot of love. Another wonderful experience at Decant. Loved the Cats Pajamas (signature drink)! At our table we enjoyed: focchia with a super tasty oil, organic greens, mushroom risotto and a delicious squash soup. Main entries: cauliflower steak, tri tip and cod. All was excellent. Edward, our server was amazing. Looking forward to a new vegetarian entry next time we’re back!
