Absolutely amazing night. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here with our very close family. Our server, Alyssa, was nothing short of perfect! She was so friendly, polite, thoughtful and overall a beautiful soul. Everything tasted amazing from our drinks, to our appetizers, entrees and dessert. I was elated to find out they allowed cake from outside so I was able to bring in a cake I made for our daughter. Alyssa, cut them into perfect sharable sizes as we were all stuffed after our meal. This is one of our favorite restaurants to go to & have celebrated many special occasions here. We will continue to do so. Thank you again 🫶🏻

Had a great anniversary dinner celebration at Copperhill. It's a relatively small menu which allows them to focus on creating excellent dishes. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that vegetables and salads are numerous, prepared with creativity and full of flavor. I'm not a vegetarian but I always enjoy the vegetarian entrees here such as the mushroom polenta and roasted butternut squash. My son's short ribs with polenta was also excellent. The room is homey and congenial, service is attentive and well informed. I always like Copperhill for a special occasion.

Exceptional Dining Experience at The Capital Grille I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Capital Grille, and it was an experience worth every star. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The staff was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel like valued guests. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a special evening. As for the food—it was nothing short of extraordinary. The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the sides and appetizers were equally impressive. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. Our server went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking, offering excellent recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The attention to detail and professionalism of the entire team were outstanding. If you’re looking for a top-notch dining experience with five-star service, The Capital Grille is the place to go. Excellent service and authentic Spanish food. Next to my Tia's Paella, it is more than a presentable 2nd. Food you grow up with is always better :) We've been there before and will be there again. Thank you Sangria 71!
