Located mid mountain at North Peak lodge, TMR mixes distinctive hospitality with tremendous views of the surrounding Mahoosuc Range. Reservations are highly recommended. Food and joy are intimately connected here at Hillholm Estate, our 1895 Gilded Age mansion tucked among Maine's High Peaks. We strive to craft a culinary experience in mindfulness for you: slow down to savor every bite. We emphasize seasonal, local ingredients procured from small Maine growers and farmers. Our offerings change weekly, sometimes nightly. We offer a single prix fixe tasting menu with five courses.
