The last time we were in this space, my kids and I were sitting at the soda fountain of the old HP Pharmacy. WOW!The ‘unreasonable hospitality’ of the talented Mr. Charles team in this beautiful new space made our evening truly magical! We were surprised and delighted with each course & interaction. Rare to have such a great experience all round nowadays, but this was the case with Mar Y Sol. From arriving to valet parking, the amazing and knowledgeable service and suggestions from Andrew (our server for the evening) to the delicious food and cocktails (frozen margarita, yum! A tropical paradise in a pottery mug!) and the perfect ambiance and helpful, friendly staff all round (smiling, friendly, helping take photos after calling to say we’d left our card behind etc), I’d say this is a must visit place. We had a wonderful experience!

Special restaurant - great service (helpful with the recommendations), delicious food in a fun setting. This was my second time in a week - took my husband to celebrate his birthday. Big hit!

My first time here and it was a wonderful experience! Deannah was our server and she was amazing. Her recommends were great and she was very attentive. The food was delicious and drinks superb. Will definitely be back!

This was our first time at the Lakewood location. My wife and I have been to the location in Addison before but the Lakewood store was exceptional. We were seated before our reservation time which was nice. Our server Whitney did a great job, our food was delicious, and my cocktail was on point. Highly recommend this Lakewood staple!
