My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner at Maximum Rooftop Restaurante. The service was fantastic, the wine we ordered was great, and the food was prepared expertly with great presentation, and completely delicious. The dessert we ordered was one of the best I ever had. A fantastic dinner experience, with gorgeous views of Santiago and the monument, and it was very reasonably priced for such a high-end restaurant. After dinner, my wife and I sat at the roof top bar, and enjoyed after dinner Dominican rum and a great cigar! A great experience, and looking forward to our next trip to Santiago so we could enjoy it again

Wonderful food & excellent service with beautiful views. We dined here for breakfast & dinner during our stay at the Marriott resort and everything we ate was fresh and delicious. It is priced higher than other nearby restaurants but worth it for a quality meal & dining experience. Highly recommended.
