Restaurants near Sam Houston National Forest

The staff was great, food was good. Was crowded and noisy. But, I know Friday lunch is busy and especially at this time of year and was OK with that even though I like a more relaxed atmosphere. Only thing was they brought our wine at the same time. Would have liked to enjoy a few sips of wine before my meal arrived. Probably would have had a second glass if they brought the first glass earlier before my meal.

So glad we found this gem!!! From start to finish, everything was amazing. The food was delicious and fresh. Service and ambience was amazing. We have kids as well and the restaurant was kid friendly and accommodating. Can't say enough great things. We will definitely be back.

Always a great time dining at Tommy Bahama. Order the frozen Mai Tai, you won’t be disappointed! Shared a 14oz Wagyu Ribeye with the vegetable Au Gratin, grilled asparagus, and mashed potatoes, and was one of the best ribeyes I’ve ever had! And the sides were to die for! Highly recommend this restaurant / bar. Also in a great area to walk around afterwards and see luxury stores and in this case, festive decor.

What an experience we had on Christmas Eve Eve! Cheryl was absolutely outstanding as our server, the food was awesome and being able to meet Alfred was very special. Highly recommend visiting.

This is our go to spot for special occasions. Always great food and service and entertainment.
