Restaurants near Sanderling Beach Club

First visit to Sarasota- we frequent the Fort Myers location more often. Pleasantly surprised by the elevated experience. Haley- our waitress was polite, prompt, friendly - flawless. The food was perfect - an issue we seem to have in FM with undercooked filet was not an issue here. We ordered medium and got medium. Wine selection was good; margaritas were awesome. Would like to see an expended red wine list with Paso Robles wines someday but still good choices imo. Overall a wonderful night and a great experience. Would go back if in this area again.

The sauces were excellent, though the pasta a little too “robust” (thick) compared to what we have been accustomed to have in Italy. Wine list very good. No deserts suitable for lactose intolerant diners, but the pistachio crème brûlée was declared the “best ever”, by the non lactose intolerant member of the party. Overall, however, a lovely dining experience…the atmosphere and service were perfect.

Dolci Italia never ever disappoints. People rave about other Italian restaurants in the area, but none compare to Dolci Italia. The service, the food, the value, and the atmosphere are all top notch. Most importantly, they have a high standard in both service and their food and they consistently maintain both each and every visit. Matthew and his team are outstanding . The dishes are authentic and and delicious. We have worked our way through the menu and are never disappointed.

Absolutely delicious Tried something new and was not disappointed I got the salt crusted sea bass. It was prepared table side Amazing as was the yellow tail special, the cappuccino and the ammerato gelato Yum

Have eaten here several times and it is always outstanding. Glad they reopened after the damage from the hurricane. Menu is always interesting, food excellent, service excellent (Chris was our latest waiter), table by the water gives excellent view even of the Osprey nest not far away. Though "pricey", it is always an exceptional experience and one we always remember and look forward to.
