Saturday's visit, unfortunately, saw everything work perfectly right up until the food started getting sat on our plate. This was our first time with this chef. While he was very nice, fun and seemed like a good natured guy, someone needs to remove the salt from his cart. Our food was "almost" inedible. I'm more of a salt guy than my wife so I was able to finish around 50% but she maybe got through 20% before she'd had enough. Note to the chef's at Shi Ra Soni: your reliance on salt should be next to zero when cooking with Soy Sauce.
