Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610.     The server was great. The food was mediocre. The French onion soup was watery and lacked flavor. The Nashville Hot smash burger was good, but I wouldn't say it was smashed...more like a regular burger. Fries were not fresh.mmprobably sitting around for a bit. The dessert was bad. How do you serve a warm cookie skillet dessert cold? It was hard as a rock and not even warm. We sent it back and left. Doubt we will be back here again!

    Great first visit! Ambience was chill, unpretentious. Friendly welcome at the door and upon exiting. Settings at the table were clean, uncluttered, simple, yet fashionable. Our server was very responsive, answered all our questions, made good recommendations. Portions for the price favor quality not quantity, flavor and unique presentation. Highly recommend the Vindaloo Pappardelle!

    10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Our waitress Melissa was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, personable, she made great suggestions and she made sure that we had a great experience. Our bartender Brittany was awesome as well. The drinks were made to perfection! Our food made me want to kiss the chef! Everything that everyone in my party ordered was absolutely delicious. This is a black owned, female owned restaurant and I am here for it!!!
