- JJoellNashville •2 reviews5.0Dined todayIncredible!! This was our first time at Harper’s and it was so good. The service and food were both fantastic. Our server (I wish I could remember her name because she was wonderful and treated us well) did a fantastic job describing the menu items. She even showed kindness to us as we celebrated our 18th anniversary with some champagne and crème brûlée. The oysters were perfection, the Caesar was delightful, and the lobster ravioli was amazing! The steak was like butter! The one thing we didn’t love were the Brussels sprouts - we like basic seared Brussels and these had a sauce that was a bit too heavy for us. However, everything else was great. We are locals and will definitely go back. Thanks for a great experience.More infoHarper'sPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8
- DDavidDenver / Colorado •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoGreat atmosphere, impeccable service. The food wasn’t the best steakhouse I’ve ever been too- but wasn’t bad. The shrimp cocktail was fresh, the cocktails were good- might have been better for a spot like this to have a mixologist on staff. The bread was amazing- however the truffle butter was over powering. Ordered a burger, bun was cheap- need to step up the bun and cheese game. The fries weren’t fresh cut, no onion rings on the menu- this is a steak house! In my party we ordered 2 different steaks and two sides. Corn bread wasn’t done all the way though, was soggy and underdone in center, creamed spinach was served in a small square bowl slopped on the side. Minor presentation things to work on. The salads we ordered weren’t show stoppers bacon bits from the freezer not lardons tossed in an abundance of dressing- instead of served on the side. Ordered the Freddie and the wedge. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great- but this spot didn’t earn my seal of approval to return or send people their way.More infoJeff Ruby's Steakhouse - NashvillePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.9
- EEmmaVIPMinneapolis - St. Paul •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWow!! The best service we have received in Nashville. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary/promotion celebration dinner one to remember. I called beforehand to request champagne to toast at the table and they already had it covered. On the way there, my car broke down which made us an hour late (yes we left the car and still went to dinner…lol). I spoke w the host multiple times are she was SO helpful and reassuring that our table would be waiting for us….it was. When we got there, they were just as concerned about our car as we were, and just as happy about our anniversary. It was special. THEN, when ordering, we were deciding between two dishes (two different times) and our waiter actually brought both out to us as a “gift”. Great food and great service!!!More infoNokoPrice: Expensive• Asian• East Nashville•4.9
- AAnnNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe food was delicious. Lobster roll was market value, $36 that day for a hot dog sized roll with a side of chips. It was very good though. The Southampton Pizza was very flavorful, as was the New England clam chowder. Best chowder next to what we’ve had in Boston. It’s a little loud in the restaurant. But not obnoxious. The majority of the Christmas decorations (if you’re coming to see those because you saw it on social media) are on the rooftop level. The rest of the restaurant is regular ambiance. Very friendly service. I would go back.More infoThe Hampton Social - NashvillePrice: Moderate• American• Downtown•4.7
