I had a wonderful lunch today from start to finish at the new Derriere french bistro. From the charming hostess who greeted me with a smile to the waiter who was very attentive I was made to feel welcomed and catered to .... The place looks like a typical parisian french bistro on one of that cities storied boulevards and the menu is presented iwith that same french vibe. There the usual french favorites including Onion soup ( which, unfortunately was made in pork stock which makes it non vegetarian. But there is also a camambert starter on a bed of lettuce as well as mushroom escargots which were delicious. The Nicoise salade with tuna was fresh and delicate with only the anchovies to add salt . The Tuna was medium raw yet tender on the palate. I loved this dish. My party and I spent our time there reminiscing on our visits to Paris because the ambience easily pull us to those memories. Great job on this new Barbadian restaurant

I have never been disappointed in Open Kitchen in all the years I’ve been going. The staff are friendly and efficient and I love the fact the the wine is at cost from the Wine Cave next to it.

Fusion Roof Top has fabulous ambiance and manages to be equally suitable for a special occasion or just a nice evening out. Service was great. Food was delicious. I would highly recommend

We have been numerous times to Nishi and always had an amazing meal , it was our friends first time and they thoroughly enjoyed the Bento box saying best they d ever had . The catch of the day with the breadfruit gnocchi was delicious. Troy was very friendly and helpful , great cocktails too !! A must if visiting Barbados

Our server Shomo was very engaging and attentive. He provided awesome recommendations for both food and drink, and even got not one, but both mixologists to come to our table to find out exactly what we wanted to drink. Overall we had a great time!
