Lunch with friends! Food excellent! Service great!

We attended the Winter Wonderland Afternoon Tea. Service was impeccable - detailed, attentive but not hovering, and we were not rushed at all. They paid great detail to our allergy request. Given the food was presented on two separate tier servers, we would have appreciated being given a larger table (as there were several available at the time of our sitting). The food was very good, but not quite to the level The Velvet Glove has been known for in the past (though the portions were ample). We will be attending again.

Food and drinks were amazing, the steaks were cooked to perfection and I reccomend the mushrooms and lobster potato salad!

This is the Best Steak House in Winnipeg! Having been to dozens of Steak Houses for decades, I love that Hy’s offers many Steak current and traditional options with accompaniments. I appreciate that the Servers and Staff are professional and exceptional. The ambience and atmosphere are excellent. I think this is the perfect Dining experience to please and reward yourself and impress your companion(s). It is definitely a favourite Restaurant for any and all special occasions! I highly recommend it! You’ll love it, guaranteed!

Cozy lounge, great place to get a bite to eat before a show. Our waiter was excellent, food was very good. Very tasty craft cocktails.
