Restaurants near Shawntree Golf Course

Overall, the experience was fine. The food was a bit pricey. We had a terrible time, as did the other families we dined with, trying to find the parking lot. Google maps provided incorrect directions and brought us to a back loading dock/ service area. We also had a large party and the restaurant would not work with us on split payment.

The little touches made our time there extra special. It was my husband’s birthday and they had a little sign for the table. The server assistant to check on us. The food was extremely good too.

Three of us attended Pretty Woman the Musical for the 2:00 matinee. They had technical difficulty and the show didn’t start until 3:35! We had reservations for 5:00. I let them know we needed to adjust our reservation time not once but twice! I asked if they were busy and of course they were. The young people I spoke with were incredible in their very polite response. Upon arrival it was obvious that they were totally busy, more liked swamped! We were seated as soon as possible and our steaks and salmon were outstanding! Very professional, efficient, and friendly service! Thank you for a great evening!

We had a great time here for my mother in laws birthday. We did reserve a table at 6:45 and weren’t seated till 7:10 but they also were very busy. Other than that service was amazing our server was great, never had a drink empty. Would recommend to anyone.

This was our first time at River House and we enjoyed the food and the live performance of Keri Edward’s music. We will return!!
