Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Enjoy a four-course pairing menus curated and prepared by SUNY Adirondack Chefs Matt Bolton, Dynia Mariano and their Culinary Arts students, the events are elevated with informal informational talking points from the chefs and our regional beverage partners. Great atmosphere and service. Waitress was very attentive and periodically checking in. Cider Doughnut Bread Pudding was to die for.

We were there on Thanksgiving day for the Thanksgiving buffet. It was fantastic. Food was hot, plentiful, more than you would’ve expected. The dessert table was outstanding. Our server was just perfect, couldn’t have asked for more. The restaurant provided us a special vegetarian stuffing for our table, which was greatly appreciated. The ambience was just beautiful. We did not feel like we were in a big banquet hall or one of many. We had our own very beautiful little table and felt at home and relaxed and had a wonderful time.
