NAT, our executive chef who has a passion for cooking with his Le Cordon Bleu studied from patisserie to cuisine and many years of experience in the Australian fine-dining restaurant such as Sailor Thai. More importantly, he always spent time in the top hat restaurant not only in Australian but also around the world. He was into in various cuisines and started learning by himself.     Loved the vibe of this small but amazing place tucked down a side street but just a short stroll from our hotel. Toby(?) was incredibly helpful and the food and cocktails perfect for 2 weary travellers after long days of walking around a hot city We lived it down much that we came back again the following evening Highly recommend as a real hidden gem and perfect Aussie hospitality from start to finish
