Joel our server did a fantastic job to make sure we had a great meal. He was attentive and made our experience amazing. This is our third time in the past month visiting Oyster Rock with friends and relative and it never disappoints . We are new home owners and this is becoming our fast favorite!

Seabird in Wilmington, NC, offers a memorable dining experience with expertly prepared dishes. The swordfish schnitzel was perfectly cooked, while the yellowfin tuna bolognese and fried oysters romaine Caesar impressed with fresh, vibrant flavors. The oysters were exceptional, fresh and briny, making them a highlight of the meal. Though the meal was fantastic, I had hoped for a complimentary dessert to celebrate my wife’s birthday, as I marked it when making the reservation. Overall, Seabird is a top choice for an unforgettable meal.

Menu offers the opportunity to enjoy a range of well prepared and presented dishes. Particularly enjoyed the Salumi e Formaggi appetizer which was plenty to share with the four of us. Service is outstanding - friendly, informative and allowed plenty of time to enjoy each course.

Excellent experience, just some minor issues such as the waiter not taking the menus once we ordered and not putting our wine in a cooler. Other than this, everything was great.
