Restaurants near Sowley Pond

Nice simple menu but with plenty of choice. The quality of the food is outstanding and very inexpensive for the 2 courses we had. Will definitely return again

Very welcoming staff and excellent food. Enjoyed sitting by the log fire with our drinks after ordering our food. Lovely bar area by the fire with wood panelling but spoilt by 3 pictures all the same but different colours. One with what seemed red blood painted dripping from the painting over the frame ! Rather destroyed the otherwise lovely ambience

The food was ok but portion size wasn’t great if I’m honest I still felt hungry afterwards i do understand that prices would be high so can’t complain about that the staff did a good job and very professional

A beautiful hotel to have afternoon tea. We were lucky enough to be able to sit outside . The view was lovely and we could take our time to eat and enjoy .
