Mr. Lyons est le dernier ajouté à la « Foundation 10 », il a ouvert en 2015 en tant que restructuration du Lyons English Grille. Mr. Lyons a créé un « nouveau classique » du steak en lui donnant un caractère moderne et consciencieux, avec un menu qui favorise les petites exploitations agricoles locales.
