- MMariSan Francisco Bay Area •14 reviews5.0Dined todayI'd long wanted to dine at Musso & Frank Grill and finally had my chance tonight. It's an L.A. classic that's turned out elegant comfort food and delectable martinis for 105 years. My husband and I were not disappointed: the restaurant's storied history, ambience, food, and service all combined to make a memorable dining experience. We started with cocktails (a St. George Terroir martini for me, a Fern Dell for him), the baked escargot, and the wedge salad — all delicious (I especially enjoyed the house-made bleu cheese dressing that came with the salad). For our mains, my husband ordered the Saturday special: Braised Short Ribs of Beef with vegetables (diced carrots — too many, he thought — and peas) and mashed potatoes. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender and so flavorful! I had the NY Strip, cooked medium rare, and it was perfectly prepared. We shared the baby broccolini, which was grilled and had a wonderful char. Our waiter Leonardo brought us a brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a candle, as we were celebrating my husband's birthday. Service was thoughtful, courteous, and efficient. We had a delightful experience and look forward to our next opportunity to dine at Musso & Frank!More infoMusso & Frank GrillPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Hollywood•4.8
- YYardenLondon •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoEasily one of the best dinners we’ve had For starters we had the shishito peppers (addictive), the chicken satay (it was so good I ordered another one for “dessert”), the pork dumplings and the wagyu yakitori For mains we took the spicy yellowtail sushi and the miso black cod And for dessert (after the extra chicken satay) we took the chocolate cake which was sensational Everything was unbelievably good Our waitress was super nice but I felt like she had too many tables, so it was hard to find her when we wanted something. We saw her maybe 3 times during the whole dinner The atmosphere in the restaurant was great, good music and amazing vibe. And it’s easily one of the best looking restaurants I’ve been to 1000% coming backMore infoTAO Asian Bistro - Los AngelesPrice: Expensive• Asian• Hollywood•4.6
