Our dining experience was excellent. Therefore, this may be a little longer. The Golden Hour martini was a real favorite. Our appetizers were excellent. The eildgame tartare was beyond description, best tartare I've ever eaten. The octopus, done in a Spanish bbq style, was a little spicy for me, but cooked perfectly. The Ceasars salad was the real deal, with white anchovies. The entres stole the show. Charred Elk Chops were best I've ever had, thick, cooked rare+, at my request, brocollini and other complimentary sides. Soooooooo goid. The Red Trout was equally good, and had a wonderful accompanying side of creamed corn, real hominy and other vegetables. Haven't had good hominy in decades. This was the real thing. Dessert was a beautiful presentation of chocolate mousse.. and it was the crowning glory. Sooooooooooooo recommend this dining experience.

The perfect mix of creative offerings and basic, high-quality food. Brody, the manager, was extremely friendly and attentive and made great food suggestions. This is an outstanding restaurant with great food and great service.

We each ordered one of the specials. The filet mignon with sweet potato purée was divine. The chocolate mousse with chocolate sauce was heavenly. The waitress was pleasant and so helpful.

Loved the unique menu, the ambience, the delicious appetizer and main course. The owner kindly helped me with an Anniversary request, allowing me to drop off flowers for my sweetheart, and placing them in a nice vase at our table. It's that little extra that makes me want to come back again and again! Dave

We had an incredible experience with Ashley walking us through the dining experience. The food was outstanding and well curated. Delicious. The first time in a long time did I feel the meal justified the price. This is a food experience not just a quick bite.
