Outstanding experience, food, service and view. The one thing that ruined it was of course people behaving poorly in public. The table behind us with the loud mouth woman consistently “like” talking about herself, “like” how rich she was and “like” how she knows everything marketing and “like” is the best at everything and “like” has a loud hyena laugh and “like” works for Panera in marketing.

We had a 7pm reservation on Thanksgiving Day. Since we were staying at the other side of the strip, we thought of going early to check if we can be seated earlier. Anyways, our backup plan was to kill time in the casino. 🤣 Luckily, they were able to accommodate our request. The table provided had front row seats to the 5 open kitchen setup. 😍 Shoutout to our server Paola Partida! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not only did she provide excellent service, she also was very patient in explaining the menu. She also took time to explain what to expect from the different kind of steaks on their menu. She even took me to see the meat display. 😮 We ordered the following: Cotton candy foie gras ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Turkey croquetas ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 28 days washugyu/angus ribeye ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Vaca Vieja ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but it was my first time having it Mushrooms ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Potato puree ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely round 2 the next time we visit LV!!! Still a lot on the menu to try.

Golden Steer was an absolute highlight. My mom & I got the longhorn & lobster for 2 combo, which is the absolute best way to go IMO. We chose the table side Caesar salads. Neither my mom nor I are love Caesar salads typically, but this one blew us away. It’s the best we ever had. The steak was perfectly seasoned & the lobster tail was the most decadent amazing lobster I’ve ever had. We got the whipped potatoes & the mushrooms as our sides. The longhorn with the potatoes & the mushrooms & their rich gravy was a luxurious experience. We also ordered the king crab legs, but they were watery & not as sweet as either my mom or I expected, BUT their customer service was top notch & they took care of us. We ended our meal with the table side bananas foster. Golden Steer was an experience I will treasure for a long time.

The flavors are bold but balanced, giving you the perfect introduction to the exceptional meal ahead. When it comes to the main courses, Esther’s Kitchen truly shines. The pastas are exceptional—handmade and cooked to perfection. The MARGHERITA PIZZA, for example, is served with a rich, savory sauce that perfectly clings to each slice of pizza. The FAZZOLETTI, another standout, is cooked with precision, its layers perfectly balanced while the meat remains juicy and flavorful. Whether you’re craving something hearty or a lighter fare, the offerings are designed to satisfy all tastes, with seasonal touches that elevate each dish. The wine list is equally impressive, offering a selection of reds, whites, and bubbles that perfectly complement the bold flavors of the menu. The service is warm and attentive, with staff who are knowledgeable about the dishes and wine pairings, making the entire experience well worth while. Such an awesome experience to dine and have a Birds Eye view of Vegas. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend their pan seared sea bass and Wagyu New York steak. If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. Definitely try their warm butter cake. Not so sweet, moist in inside but sorta crunchy on the outside. Our Waiter Jennifer was wonderful! She was friendly, attentive and we had a great conversation with her. We can’t wait to come back again
