Its cozy and rustic atmosphere is the perfect place to savour a taste of Peru with a ceviche and pisco sour to escape.At Pisac Bistro, we showcase authentic Peruvian cuisine using Peruvian as well as local ingredients. Located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Summerhill, we are a small restaurant dedicated to introducing the gastronomical experience of Peru. The blend of spices and bold piquancy may be new to some that are trying for the first time or may be reminiscent to those who have been to Peru before. Our goal is to provide a true Peruvian experience intertwined with the passion and excitement of getting to share a slice of our culture with Canadians.

Our neighbourhood restaurant seats 100 people and offers northern Italian cuisine. In addition to our daily specials we serve 6-8 house made pastas each day and offer a selection of 10 pizzas from our wood-burning pizza oven.     Top-notch service: Ali was extremely knowleable and able to help us decide on our menu choices. All the other staff was attentive as well. The food was outstanding along with the restaurant being beautifully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere. Highly Recommended!

    I can't say enough good things about the experience. It was a quiet night, Service was outstanding. Cocktails to start were beautifully made and delicious, with Pisco being the alcohol of choice for most of their cocktail menu. Had Anticuchos and their Ceviche Mixto for apps, and they were fantastic. Beef medallions cooked perfectly, wonderfully seasoned with an aji verde on the side for dipping. The Ceviche was incredible as well, flavourful and perfect spice level Mains were all magnificent, I had the duck breast which was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The rice pairing with the duck had beautiful texture, flavourful, spicy and rich. Can't wait to go back.
