The tavern is darling, especially if you are sitting by the window on a snowy night. The servers were attentive and knowledgeable. The food was cooked well. I was afraid b the beans world be mushy, but they were perfect. Comfort food in a higher level

My son and I dined at Carson’s on Sunday for lunch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making us feel valued and welcome throughout the visit. The menu is impressively extensive. We started with the deep fried cinnamon biscuits, and they were so amazing that we packed 2 of them to bring home on our flight toChicago. I also ordered the watermelon jalapeño margarita mocktail, which tasted very fresh ( not too spicy…). We split a Caesar salad with shaved chicken, and the sweet chicken and waffles. The portions were plentiful, and both tasted delicious. From fresh, flavorful appetizers to the perfectly prepared main courses, each plate was a masterpiece of perfection. If you’re looking for a good restaurant with great food and service, choose Carson’s!

Excellent meal enjoyed at this restaurant. Everything was perfect from the service to the meal to the drinks.

Zach and Katie were both awesome. Had two people with allergies—gluten and tree nut and they worked around that flawlessly and had them try new things. Always the best experience at Ruby’s

As always Carson's did not disappoint. Only place I know that has Pesto Chicken Sandwich, and it is great! In fact, it is one of only a couple places I consider favorites of mine and received a $100 gift card for Christmas, I will be back soon!!
