Liberty Tavern is a 130-seat restaurant spread over two rooms, including a 20-seat bar. In addition to our full-service kitchen offering our take on American classics, we also have two wood fired ovens. Our restaurant is a casual vibe that is perfect for dinner with friends and family, date nights, or to enjoy cheering on our Boston teams on one of our 11 TVs. We are open for lunch Monday-Friday at 12pm, with our main menu available until 10pm; and our late-night menu is available 10pm-12am daily.     We booked our reservation to catch the very ornate Christmas decorations the restaurant sets up. The menu is classic Italian with a nice variety of drinks, wines, appetizers and entrées. We had the crab cakes Shrimp Scampi and Chicken Parmesan. The food was well prepared and delicious! The pastas are made fresh on site, which makes a wonderful difference. We closed out our meal with Creme Brulé and cappuccinos. A wonderful meal in a beautiful location

    The food was outstanding but that’s not surprising with Chef Morway at the head here. Felt like a regular at this establishment even though it was our first time. Will definitely come back soon to try the rest of the menu.

    Server was attentive and frequently checked in our our group (of 7). Vibe of the place was very laid back when we sat down around 4, and noise level was low enough to carry on conversations without having to ask someone to repeat themselves Food was great - pizza was exceptional, I recommend the truffalo chicken
