Restaurants near The Golf Courses of Palmetto Dunes

Restaurant Week gives many the opportunity to try different foods and restaurants in the area. We were VERY glad we chose this one. The menu was enticing, waitstaff friendly, views amazing. For those of you with mobility issues, make sure you note that in your reservation. There is an elevator to utilize from ground floor to first floor, but no elevator from first floor to second floor. We were not aware of this at the time of our reservation, but the hostess accommodated us. You MUST try this restaurant.

Our dining experience at Charlie’s was excellent. Our table was relatively quiet (spacing of tables is important for this and they have done a good job of balancing space), food was timely, (no rush or interference with the meal), the presentation was lovely and food was excellently prepared (the Trout and Filet were our selection this evening), and Amanda (our attendant for the evening) was outstanding in her knowledge of food and wine as well as her ability to assess our needs. We will go back again, especially on Mondays, 1/2 price wine night.

The food is always consistent, fresh, and a good value. We are regulars. There really isn't anything they can do about the noise. Sometimes the outside tables are not available so we deal with it. Worth it!

We were unable to reserve a table inside and instead reserved a table outside for the first time. We and our out of town guests enjoyed the food, service and ambiance. Outside seating is quieter than inside and we ere able to enjoy our conversation as well as our excellent food.
