Bright and airy, with a vintage retro style and featuring distressed wooden tables topped in white marble, salvage greenhouse window frames and comfy linen banquettes, Salt continues Avoca’s emphasis on serving delicious, seasonal dishes with largely locally sourced ingredients. Salt's name comes its Salthill locale - which itself was derived from salt works that were once here - plus the nearby sea and, of course, the seasoning. Établissement d’une dizaine de tables à une vingtaine de minutes de Dublin dans une zone résidentielle. Loin de l’agitation dublinoise il conviendra aux couples et aux amis. Le décor est simple et le lieu propre, Le personnel est prévenant et attentionné. La cuisine est excellente, les plats frais et divinement assaisonnés. Soupe de petits pois, houmous, tartare de thon, langouste … le tout parfaitement exécuté. Compter 50€ par personne. Une bonne adresse hors des sentiers battus,
