"THE STORY Our story began in 2018 when lifelong friends and business partners Daniele and Eduardo spotted an opportunity to bring ‘la bella vita’ to busy Londoners. Using Daniele’s Italian Nonna and her traditional recipes as inspiration we embarked on a mission to bring the best fresh pasta dishes in London town! Our pasta is freshly made daily with zero zero flour from Italy and it is combined with egg, water, and salt. Our sauces are made in-house with Nonna’s love using the freshest ingredients sourced from Italy and our UK homeland. Nonna’s dishes are finished with a sprinkle of Pecorino or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese depending on preference and tradition and of course, the pasta will be always cooked al dente, Nonna’s way!"

At HotBox we use a combination of kiln-dried Hickory and Oak in our 1-tonne Rotisserie Smoker. The meat is dry-rubbed and cooked low and slow(ly) to create tender, succulent cuts that melt in the mouth. Be careful though, there's plenty of spice to get those taste buds fired up!

One of the best dining experiences to be had in London. The chef spent the evening talking us through and suggesting dishes for us to try. It was all in all incredible.

Food is delicious, staff friendly, and prices very reasonable. Only minor issue is having to use (very clean) communal toilets along the market. The Focaccia is something else.

Delicious food which tastes and looks fantastic! I particularly loved the French toast. Customer service is exceptional and the decor is stunning. A fantastic day out with friends and family! I highly recommend if you are looking for to do brunch with friends. The portions were huge so it’s definitely value for money. There’s a mini version as well if you prefer a smaller plate.
