Was great all around seated right away , great service and great food

My experience was tremendous as the service, food, and overall value was excellent! As per usual!

We had a little issue when we sat down at our table, the manager came over to our table to drop off our bread, we let him know the issue but didn’t think anything of it. When our server came back she let us know that they would be taking care of some of our dinner. We thanked her, and continued our dinner. It was a great meal and we were too full to have dessert, so we asked for our bill. When the bill arrived our server let us know that they took care of our entire dinner, we just had to pay for our drinks. They didn’t need to do that, but we really appreciated. Thank you Keg Westend, will be back again.

While I admit it’s been a minute since my last visit to Earls - I was less than excited about the menu. I did miss some of the old staples at Earls. The ambience and decor was lovely and our waitress was great. Staff were attentive. My food was okay but not to the level that I have grown to expect from Earls. My guest’s sandwich and fries were also “just okay”. We did have the new mango coconut mock tail which I do recommend and it will be something to enjoy on warmer days. I will be back and will try some other items on the new menu
