Got there early to our reservations. The sweet host said not a problem and that she is sorry to make us wait a little. Even though she shouldn't be sorry, we were the ones who arrived early :) but very kind (wish I got her name). We got a glass of wine played with our dog (YES they allow dogs ) around the yard outside. It was a nice time before our dinner experience. Angel was our server. He was very good and so kind and pleasant. Thank you for all your great suggestions Angel ! Food, service, atmosphere was all a 10/10! We will be back PS. Get the Brussels sprouts BOMB

Ponte Restaurant is positioned adjacent to the Wine Tasting Room. So we ordered our food and while we were waiting enjoyed a tasting. This made for an active and interesting dining experience. We will be back. Next time we may stay at the hotel.

I got the Southwest Scramble and an espresso. Wife got the traditional breakfast with pancakes. Everything was delicious. The scramble came with an excellent sauce; dish had a mild spice that blended well with all of the ingredients. The ambiance for brunch was very nice. There was lots of space between tables, so we did not hear other conversations. Very nice place. Will be trying for dinner next time.

Do not miss the Gambling Cowboy if you love a great steakhouse with a fun atmosphere! We had a Valentine’s special of steak & lobster. It was terrific, too much food but the steak and the lobster were perfect.

This was our first time at Bolero for a pre-Valentine meal. The experience was excellent! We ordered the Gambas Al Ajillo and their Tosta De Raso De Toro for our tapas and the small order of the Paella De Bolero. Oh my! The presentation and food taste were exquisite! Service was excellent! We will be back with friends to enjoy more of your offerings!
