Thanks to Terri and the entire Firebirds staff for yet another wonderful experience. The consistency is first class.

The fried shrimp was very good. They were tender. The croussiant was also good. They were smaller than usual per the waitress, so when she brought them out she brought 3 instead of the ordered 2. I thought this was very thoughtful. My husband had chicken fingers and could not eat them all. They were also good.

This is a favorite lunch spot for me-consistently delicious high quality food and way above average service. This particular visit’s service was above and beyond with Sydney’s kindness and attentive care to the details of making my friend’s birthday celebration all I could ask for. I also appreciated having the option to enjoy Champagne (not Prosecco or Cava, etc.) by the glass. Thanks, F & P!

The steak was extra good. We had the bone in ribeye and it was the perfect cut of meat cooked perfectly and perfectly seasoned. One of the best steaks we’ve had in a long time.

After having the She Crab soup a couple of weeks ago, I’ve thought of nothing else but returning for more! It’s just an incredible, perfectly-balanced dish. It’s truly one of the best things I’ve had! The service was also flawless! Our server knew every dish and special and answered our questions with ease. The Brussels appetizer is a can’t miss! Savory Brussels, salty ham, creamy whipped goat cheese and a drizzle of hot honey. I also ordered the chopped salad with chicken added. While the chicken was shockingly delicious, the salad was meh. Flavorless and boring. After being in Greenville only a month, Soby’s is at the top of my list for favorite restaurant!
