- EErinSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined todaySplurged on a holiday Monday and once again Et Voila did not disappoint!! I love how the menu changes and the recommendations from wait staff were perfect. Started with the French bread and butter (I can live on this alone). Took the waiters recommendation and tried the beef bourguignon, which was perfectly paired with the French gamay (beaujolais). Loved the wine so much I purchased a bottle to take home and impress my next houseguest Highly recommend for any occasion , or like me , a Monday !More infoEt Voilà! Our waitress did a good job serving us, but there wasn’t much she could do about the disappointing food. I am pretty sure that my order of chicken noodle soup must have been a mixture of canned broth and frozen ingredients while my small salad’s enormous size couldn’t make up for the poor quality iceberg lettuce, seemingly packaged shredded cheese and tasteless tomatoes. The apple pie was dry and excessively spiced. The total tab for our lunch for two, including tip, was a bit more than $65.00. I would suggest finding a different restaurant to spend your money at.More infoStudio DinerPrice: Moderate• American• Kearny Mesa•4.2
- LLaurieSan Diego •79 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoBleu Boheme is our favorite restaurant in San Diego. We chose it for Valentine's day due to it's consistency and the warmth of the environment. We were engaged after dining there one year ago, so of course we wanted to go back and recreate that magical evening. I am always leery of price fixed menus, but with Bleu Boheme, there is no need for doubt. The food is always A+, but it was even more fabulous that normal. My favorites were on the price fix menu and they were better than ever. The brussels sprouts were fantastic and my salmon, oh my gosh, was fabulous. They were generous with the portions. As always the service was beyond compare. Everyone in the restaurant feels like a family member. The owner and head chef is so very gracious and talented. I couldn't give any higher accolades than to Bleu Boheme.More infoBleu BohemePrice: Expensive• French• Kensington•4.7
