- HHazelDerbyshire •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe have been many times to The Barrel Inn. There’s always a great choice of menu at reasonable prices. The food is fabulous. The staff are lovely and pleasant, good ambience. On a fine clear day the views are to die for at the front of the pub. Just is my favourite place to eat.More infoThe Barrel InnPrice: Moderate• British• Hope Valley•4.8

The cocktails were delicious too, I highly recommend Caribbean WhisperMore infoBlacklock ManchesterPrice: Expensive• Steak• Manchester•4.8

- IIanYorkshire •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 13, 2024Our third visit having previously tried a breakfast and evening meal we opted for lunch. We had two battered fish sandwiches, ham hock and a Christmas Caesar sandwich all served with a side of fries. Everyone enjoyed their meal and I had the latter. My turkey was hot, tender and not dry, delicious. A nice proportion of Caesar salad to bread ratio on a lightly toasted roll with an accompanying side of crunchy fries. With 3 breakfast teas and an americano coffee the bill for four was a little over £58. Given the quality on offer I would advise booking as not surprisingly we only just got a table at 1pm. Highly recommendMore infoRose Cottage Cafe & BistroPrice: Moderate• Café• Castleton•5
