Warm welcome on arrival with only a short wait at reception. Very friendly, quick and attentive service. Good portion sizes and reasonable prices.

We were served quickly and efficiently. The food was great value off the set 2 course menu and was really tasty. The only downside for me was that it was very noisy. The music was loud, and we were seated very close to other diners where we couldn't help but hear their conversations as they would have done ours.

We return to Hawksmoor for celebratory meals over the years because we know the quality of food and service is always superb. We know we won't be disappointed in either. Everything was delicious. Everyone was delighted with everything they ordered. The salad starters were delicious, and the steaks cooked perfectly. The flavours of the food and sides were great, and the pudding and handmade "rolos" were delicious. My 50th birthday meal was made incredibly special by the team. With the thoughtfulness, knowledge, and generosity of the staff, from the bar manager, sommelier to the wait staff. Thank you so much.

Table for 8 people 10 minutes delay to be seated but ok as 8 is a large table

Overall, very authentic taste. I'd recommend the pork satay , laksa, bak chor mee, and wonton mee. I tried the nasi lemak ayam goreng too and the ayam goreng is so crispy but I feel like it's missing something and overall too dry for my liking. The teh tarik was solid 10/10, I would go there again just to have it and Milo dinosaur.
