- AAllisonVIPDenver / Colorado •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoIf you're a fan of wood-fired cuisine, Amelia's is a must-visit. Nestled in a charming location, this restaurant offers an inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of trying the stuffed ravioli with lobster in a red curry cream. Let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious! The ravioli was perfectly cooked, and the filling was rich and flavorful. The red curry cream added a delightful twist, balancing the dish with just the right amount of spice. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and tastes that left me wanting more. The service was attentive and friendly, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking to indulge in something special, I highly recommend trying the lobster ravioli at Amelia's. Chicken fry and jalapeño gravy was a great twist. Roasted chicken with brussels sprouts were amazing. No room for dessert! Maybe next time.
