Our server, Bill, was terrific. The pacing of the meal was perfect. The food was beyond excellent. I highly recommend The Capital Grille. Be prepared to spend a lot, but it is money well-spent.

So happy the Beet salad is back bc it is so delicious and the tuna tartare is the best of any restaurant we’ve had. 8oz filet mignon and Surf and Turf for dinner were both cooked perfectly as we requested and we ate every single bite. Great food and reasonable prices.

Hosted a party of 6 on a busy night at holiday time. Hunter was our server and was simply outstanding, a total pro. Had varied entrees from steak to chicken to fish, all were exceptional. Table was a bit cramped but that's to be expected this time of year. A terrific surprise, had not been before. Already planning our return.

Good as always and the new decor is beautiful! Our waitress was sweet and was very attentive.

We have eaten here many times. The food is always very good, however our waiter never refilled our water and forgot to bring the coffee.
