Great service and great food! We always have a wonderful experience at Urban Grill! There was a major downpour going on outside, and the staff was so gracious to let us wait it out, even after they closed! We appreciate that :)

The service and food were exceptional, could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was extremely professional and courteous for the entirety of our visit. The restaurant as a whole was very clean and the ambiance was exactly what you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The presentation from our server on our drinks and food were both well thought out and entertaining. Bottom line Perry's quality and standards have not skipped a beat since the first time we visited this location 8 years ago and the Frisco location has every aspect dialed in.

We’ve been here twice and found it depends on the visit. The restaurant was busier this time - about 1/3 full and getting busier. We had 8 people, (4 pm Tuesday), (3 people at noon the first time), so the second time we actually went in a couple days before to check with the person in charge of seating and he said he would have a place ready and wrote our details down. We got there and they were not ready for us at all. We waited for a setup, and he then put us together in a corner against a wall and counter on 2 sides, though 2/3 the restaurant was empty. We couldn’t get out, they couldn’t get around, and they were not expecting us it seemed. The place was too noisy to hear except for the person right next to us. The food was seasoned really well, but the steak for the fajitas was dry. The tacos on our first visit were outstanding. It is very new still, and it seems they are working out some things.
