Restaurants near Veterans Memorial Stadium

We had a reservation at 7 PM but there was a hiccup and we weren’t seated until 730 PM. Naturally we weren’t super thrilled but the restaurant was able to make up for this and give us truly exceptional service, to the point where I was pleasantly surprised. The meal was delicious and brought out to us quickly. The spices and flavors were well balanced. We appreciated the chef’s creativity and effort put into every dish. The ingredients tasted fresh and you could smell the subtle but pleasant culinary aromas emanating from the kitchen. The noise level was just right - quiet enough to speak to your party, and loud enough where you don’t feel people will overhear every single word you’re saying. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Overall great experience! Would definitely go again and try their full menu. We went for the valentines prefixed menu and the options they had were great and so I’m excited to see what else they have to offer! Staff was very attentive and courteous. Lots of seating and the ambiance is welcoming!

Beautiful atmosphere and the staff are not just friendly, but very welcoming! Definitely a new "go to" spot for me! I took my wife there for Valentines and our server was very warm and bubbly and was very personable. My wife got a few appetizers since she ate a late lunch and she mentioned how delicious everything was. I got the Filet Mignon and WOW, my taste buds could not be more happier. My wife even looked at my plate and said "WHERE'D THE STEAK GO!?" (She's pescetarian so she wasn't planning on stealing any of my food! LOL)

First time! It definitely exceeded our expectations! Staff was so friendly, it's small & quaint but the food was great and the drinks were outstanding, our bartender Conner was awesome!!! Tried a few different ones and none disappointed! Can't wait to go back! Loved it!

As a LBCC alumni, we looked forward to this special opportunity to come back to the campus and eat at the LBCC Bistro. We had a wonderful gourmet food experience. The Latin themed 3 course lunch was delicious. We had the yam cakes appetizer, an outstanding entree of seared white fish in a delicious chimichurra sauce, and a unique sweet tamale dessert. The staff were professional and friendly. Our server, Frank, was polite, friendly and answered all our questions. Loved watching the chefs on the big screen in the room and behind the glass window. It was a terrific experience from start to finish and we look forward to another visit in the future!
