The Café Brio, located in Victoria, has been a local favorite for twenty six years, serving up a rustic, Italian inspired menu. Focusing on regional products, Café Brio led by multi awarded Chef Sam Harris selects the highest quality ingredients from local sources to be used in authentic, creative dishes.At Café Brio, everything is prepared in house. Pasta favorites include gnocchi with roasted leeks, parmesan cream and basil purée, Spaghettini with tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil and parmigiano and also our wild mushroom risotto. We use a majority of our key ingredients directly imported from Japan, and our chefs also hail from Japan. We take pride in being one of the few restaurants that offer Chicken (Clear) broth and Pork bone (creamy) broth, along with various flavors such as Shio (salt), Shoyu (soy sauce), Miso (soybean paste), Spicy Miso Flavor, and Tomato Ramen (Vegetarian).     Having recently moved to Victoria, this was our first visit to your establishment. With the possible exception of would have loved a little more Christmas decor 😜🎄, we loved everything. Our starters, drinks, & mains were all delicious - and your staff across the board, a pleasure to interact with. We will most certainly be back!

    I had lunch at Earls today with my friend. A few times we mentioned how good the service was. It started off with a young man named Maguire that seated us, made sure we were happy with the table he gave us, and explained the menu to us. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Food was ready quickly and we both were very happy with our meals. Drinks from the bar were very tasty and nicely presented. Great dining experience from beginning to end.

    I feel terrible as I forget our amazing servers name…. What a GREAT server, unbelievable food, perfect setting and all around great experience. 3 of us had our annual best friends Christmas dinner and Zambri’s always knocks it out of the park.
