AIM Strategies, LLC, is excited to announce their third restaurant in Downtown Topeka. The restaurant features an upscale American grille menu with items such as: premium cut steaks, Tuscan Salmon, Chicken Fried Lobster, and a diverse selection of appetizers, salads, sides and desserts. Also included are traditional favorites like burgers, fries, and grilled chicken sandwiches. The Weather Room will also feature various handcrafted cocktails and an extensive wine selection. The restaurant is open to the public and welcomes walk-in guests and reservations, and is located at 920 S. Kansas Avenue, within the lower level of the Cyrus Hotel. Operating hours will be from 6:30am – 10:30am for breakfast each morning, lunch served from 11:00am- 1:30pm.     We had not been to J. Gilbert's for a number of years. We found we had been missing one of KC's most wonderful dining experiences. The meal was outstanding and delicious with excellent steaks cooked strictly to order. J. Gilbert's has a large wine list which features varieties of all types at many price levels. Service was very, very good and great service is hard to find these days. The physical beauty, warmth and vibe are welcoming and charming. The place reminded me of how steakhouses used to be and how they should be now for today's guests.

    Wine dive is a great place for a hang with friends. Lots of great menu options and fantastic wine list. Our waiter Gage was super knowledgeable about wine selection and very attentive in general. Highly recommend!

    we like to eat early because we live out of town and have a long drive home. that being said we celebrated our anniversary there and liked it so much we went back for wife's 78th birthday. nice quiet dining, great menu, great service. fair prices. can't ask for anything more.
