What a gem this place is. Food, staff, ambience always impress.

Great location and service. the lounge as a great atmosphere.

In all honesty it was terrible food. Atmosphere was amazing and the tea was great but the food was so awful we took small bites and left the rest. Would not come back.

Dominic was a great server, Informative and attentive. The food was delicious. The space is unique, open and inviting

We had a belated anniversary dinner. It was our first time at Chop, and we were very impressed. I had the tomato bisque to start, followed by the top sirloin. My wife has the French onion soup, followed by the filet mignon. Everything was excellent. The steaks were seasoned with a very tasty (not spicy) run, then seared, then cooked. They came out very tender and delicious. For dessert I had the creme brulee. Normally this is a very small desert, but here it was a much bigger size. And delicious! Yes, we'll be back there again. PS: We used a gift card that was donated to Foothills Academy, a school for kids with learning disabilities. It was nice to see that Chop supports local charities, like Foothills Academy.
