Teppanyaki Gojozaka is one of four restaurants located inside the Seishin Oriental Hotel. Visitors who wish to get a table here do not have to be guests of the hotel, as the restaurant is open to the public. What's nice about Teppanyaki Gojozaka being located in the same hotel as three other restaurants is that they actually borrow dishes from one other. Guests at Teppanyaki Gojozaka during lunch will find they are also able to order the seafood options from Momoyama. During dinnertime, Teppanyaki Gojozaka's menu is split between a multicourse steak dinner, seafood dinner and a gyoza platter.

Le Un Restaurant Is a restaurant that combines French and Japanese cuisine. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a giant outdoor patio that overlooks the gorgeous Japanese countryside. In addition to its normal menu, Le Un Restaurant also has special holiday meals that guests may reserve tickets for in advance. These include a special Christmas buffet in Decemer as well as a New Years party with a unique menu. Le Un Restaurant typically has two separate menus a lunch and a dinner. The lunch menu is full of small plates and appetizer while dinner holds the heartier options.

Bifteck Kawamura Sannomiya is a restaurant that specializes in steak. The interior of the restaurant is decorated with an almost subdued, regal aesthetic. There are lush, red carpets throughout the restaurant and several intimate dining rooms. In fact, there is no one main dining area in Bifteck Kawamura Sannomiya. Instead, parties are treated to their own table, which makes for a highly personalizes experience. Bifteck Kawamura Sannomiya's menu is split into two different tasting courses. Both come with several side dishes but the main difference is in which kind of steak guests would like to sample: Tajima or Kobe.

Momoyama is a restaurant located inside the Seishin Oriental Hotel. The restaurant occupies the top floor of the hotel, and so guests here are treated to a sweeping view of the Kobe city skyline. In addition to the main dining area, there are also three types of private dining areas that guests can reserve or request. The food served at Momoyama is derived from the Japanese tradition of kaiseki, a multicourse meal. Some of Momoyama's dishes include smoked salmon with foie gras jelly and cream cheese, cucumber persimmon trout, boiled Guji crab and Yakizana abalone in a Japanese style gratin.

Sushi Hanamikoji Kobe is a restaurant located in the Seishin Oriental Hotel. Sushi Hanamikoji has four separate menus for guests to try. The first is a buffet, which is available during lunch hours. With this, diners are invited to try a bit of everything Sushi Hanamikoji has to offer.. The second is the menu which features traditional Japanese entr_es, and these could be any classic poultry, beef or tofu dish. Third is the teppanyaki menu, which is primarily made up of small, shareable plates and finally there is the sushi menu filled with rolls, nigiri and sashimi options.

Gazoku Sansou is a mansion house restaurant which opened in April 2010 in the old residence of Ichizo Kobayashi, a well-known early 20th century industrialist and railway entrepreneur. The restaurant, in the areas of the house occupied by Kobayashi, serves refined classic modern French cuisine in an atmosphere of classic relaxed elegance. Beautiful food in quiet surroundings in the lush green foothills of Satsukiyama is a uniquely pleasing experience.

Kitano Club is a French restaurant located in the heart of Kobe. This particular restaurant has quite a bit of history, as it was started in 1957. At the time, there were very few places in Japan where people could enjoy French cuisine and live jazz music but Kitano Club became a hub for both tourists and locals alike by providing both. The restaurant is situated in a beautiful high-rise building that overlooks the city. In the center of the restaurant is a grand piano, which provides background music on a nightly basis.
