Due to our high volume and traffic, we cannot hold tables for parties like a reservation system. We have a system called Priority Seating. This system secures a table within our restaurant, however, it does not guarantee an exact seat by time. Cooper’s Hawk is becoming one of our favorite mid-priced dining choices lately and today’s visit was as good as all the others. An eclectic menu offers plenty of options to satisfy just about anybody’s appetite of the moment. Service is excellent, too. The house wines, a feature of this chain, have gotten much better over recent years. Some of the dry reds especially hold their own nicely with big-name brands.

We had the holiday special meal- outstanding! Oysters Rockefeller, beautiful salad, an 8oz filet AND a 12 oz lobster tail and ended with bananas foster breadpudding. Next time I go to Flemings, I am skipping all the above except for that bread pudding. I tell you it was the goat! Our server was Ashley, a delightful young women who provided exceptional service.

We arrived at 11AM and several of us had to keep coats on due to the cold air coming out of vents. It was an extremely cold day as it was.

The service and food was good. When we arrived they did not have our name on the wait list. We did get seated in less then five minutes with an apology from the person who seated us.
