They would drive animals down post roads to the New York City markets, and sell them “for as good a price as they could get.” Today Old Drovers Inn offers a unique casual dining experience for everyone including pub night every Wednesday. Be sure to have a specialty cocktail featured on our cocktail menus.     Remember theses are students doing everything! Gordon Ramsey isn’t in the kitchen telling them how to make the food. Are there some minor gaffes? Sure but it’s delightful to be part of their training process. The food is excellent, the wine pairing lovely. We enjoyed interacting with our servers and learning about their paths to the CIA. We’re already planning a summer visit.

    We were sat late for our 7pm reservation (7:20), which I thought was not great, especially since they have a pretty strict dining policy. Once sat, our server did also take a while to even come to the table. Once we finally ordered, our first course came fairly quickly but the entree took a really long time! They seemed really busy, but for a place that's that hard to even get a reservation at, I would appreciate more prompt seating and service. What's the point of a reservation if you're still having to wait 20 minutes standing at the bar?!?

    This was my first time at the Old Drover Inn Restaurant. The first of many... I absolutely loved the place. I certainly recommend it to any one who is looking for a lovely place for a good food and great conversation without being interrupted by either loud noises such as loud cross conversation or loud music. I am glad I chose this place to celebrate my husband's birthday. Thank you the staff for such an amazing service! Juliana
