The Just LeDoux It Saloon & Steak Out opened in August 2020 on Main Street in Sheridan, Wyoming. It converted a kitchen-less storefront into a unique western-style dining experience, honoring Chris LeDoux. The menu focused on prime grade steaks, handcrafted cocktails, and the Just LeDoux It line of spirits and wines. Operating a food trailer in winter proved challenging, leading to a move to the historic Bozeman Trail Inn in Big Horn, Wyoming in September 2021. The renovated building now features the original saloon's LED tree and neon sign, with an expanded outdoor patio serving as a premier live music pavilion. Quality is a priority, serving the highest quality meat, seafood, and ingredients in Sheridan. The restaurant exclusively offers USDA stamped Prime grade beef, which is cut by hand and by the ounce, per the customer's request, and serves lobster tail daily, including our deep-fried option.
