Eagle Brook Saloon is a classic American sports bar and restaurant. The restaurant itself features a Wild West type of setting, with saddles, swinging doors and other cowboy paraphernalia adorning the walls. One of the original owners was Russ Francis, an all-pro tight end for the New England Patriots. His connection has made this a hangout for the Patriots players and coaches, and it is not unusual to catch sight of them at the bar.Eagle Brook Saloon serves hearty portions inspired by the Old West. Chef Luciano Canova was born in 1949, on a small farm just outside of Rome, Italy. Chef Luciano grew up with his parents & grandparents where good food, using the freshest of ingredients, was always a staple. His passion for food was instilled in him as a small child in his home and led him to attend the prestigious Culinary Institute of Italy. After graduating, Luciano worked all around the world perfecting his craft in places like Switzerland, Germany, and on a luxury cruise line.  The Torre Restaurant Group family of restaurants has grown to serve customers throughout Southern New England with authentic Italian food. We have eight locations, all offering different ways to explore the many tastes of Italy! Our newest location here in Mansfield, is the first location that merges all our dining concepts into one.
