Restaurants near Xcacel-Xcacelito Sanctuary

I have been to Gong several times and the food and service is always excellent.

We had an amazing dinner with excellent service from Seth. Get the cochinita / pork, the octopus, and the melted cheese. The food is abundant so a couple apps and a shared entree will do it if you want a bit of room for dessert. Drinks done to perfection, so don't skip.

This is our favorite restaurant at Vidanta Riviera Maya. I had the pasta on fire and it was excellent. We did have an issue with the room temperature in the back of the restaurant but after asking for assistance with it, we were moved right away. My suggestion is try and request a table near the front of the restaurant as the back a/c units are struggling to keep up. Great service and ambiance. I highly recommend.

Deliscious food, good service and nice tmosphere until the live music began…way too loud

So we had dinner reservations our first night at the resort, the tables are right on the sand. There were storms in the area so the staff had us wait to be seated as they were not sure if it would rain. After 10 minutes they gave us the go ahead to sit at our table. The food was excellent, we ordered the grilled clams for out appetizer, trying to remember our main dishes, I will come back to that, now I remember, I had the lobster fettuccini and my wife had the paella. Both delicious. So we are eating and the rain starts, the staff was excellent in getting everyone up to the Vegan Bar and out of the rain. They brought our food and managed to keep it warm. It rained for a while so we stayed on the Vegan bar patio and listened and watched the storm. Overall it was a great evening and I would highly recommend Sotavento.
